If I had to gather my paints to capture the day, I’d need some, cerulean blue for the sky. With nickel azo yellow and raw siena I’d scrub in the dried grasses. For the mountains I would use indanthrone blue then red oxcide for the Carriage and Mill House.
Bright and gloomy, dry after last week’s weather. The snow has retreated to the mountains.
